We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing. However, errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified:

  • Cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment was received

Shipping costs, taxes, and additional fees (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.

(c) Payment

When an order is received, your payment method may be subject to an authorization check. Funds may be charged once authorization is confirmed. Once items ship, previously authorized funds are applied to the purchase.

(d) Order Processing & Shipping

Processing: Standard order processing time is 2–5 business days. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9-5, excluding holidays.

Shipping: Shipping timeframes depend on the carrier. These are separate from processing times. Estimated delivery windows displayed at checkout are not guaranteed due to reliance on third-party carriers.

Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed when your shipment is booked. Please allow 24–48 hours for carriers to update tracking status.

Once the order is accepted by USPS, UPS, or another carrier, responsibility for transit, tracking, and delivery shifts to the carrier.

Package Protection: Optional package insurance (when offered) protects against loss, damage, or theft. If you decline package protection, Mountain Blue Sky Dispensary is not responsible for refunding or replacing orders affected during transit. Carrier claims must be filed directly by the customer.
