1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Standard Processing Time: 2–5 business days

Please note:

  • Orders placed within the first 24 hours typically are not shipped the next day to allow time for customer-requested changes.
  • Processing times may increase during high-volume periods.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been booked for shipment.

 

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

2.1 Shipping Costs

Mountain Blue Sky Dispensary uses simple, transparent shipping rates:

  • Orders under $100: $6.95 flat-rate shipping
  • Orders $100 or more: Free standard shipping

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Rates apply to domestic U.S. orders only.

 

2.2 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Shipping timeframes depend on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout and are separate from processing time.

We use USPS, UPS, and other trusted carriers. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance.

Mountain Blue Sky Dispensary is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Service outages
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • High-volume holiday periods

 

3. Tracking Information

Once your order is booked for shipment, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for carriers to update the tracking status.

Notes:

  • Packages are transferred to carriers at the end of our business day.
  • It is normal for tracking to show “Label Created” or minimal movement early in transit.
  • We only have access to the same tracking information provided to you.
  • For tracking issues, please contact the carrier directly.

 

4. Purchase Protection

We offer optional purchase protection for $3 per order.

4.1 What Purchase Protection Covers

If purchase protection is added at checkout, your order is protected against:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages damaged in transit

Approved claims may result in a replacement shipment or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the loss.

Instructions for filing a claim will be provided upon request.

 

4.2 If You Decline Purchase Protection

If you choose NOT to purchase protection:

  • Mountain Blue Sky Dispensary is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the carrier.
  • You assume full responsibility for delivery issues after the carrier receives the package.
  • All claims must be filed directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

This includes situations where a package is marked “delivered” but not received.

 

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Missing apartment or suite numbers
  • Typographical errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

 

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order if processing has not yet started.

Once processing begins or the order ships, no changes or cancellations can be made.

 

7. Shipping Restrictions

We comply with all federal and state regulations regarding hemp-derived products. Certain products cannot be shipped to certain states.

If part of your order cannot be shipped to your address:

  • We will notify you
  • The restricted item(s) will be canceled
  • You will receive a refund for the restricted portion

 

8. Delivery Issues & Carrier Claims

Once the carrier takes possession of your package, they are responsible for all handling and delivery.

If purchase protection was not purchased, customers are required to contact the carrier directly regarding:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed packages
  • Damaged packages

Mountain Blue Sky Dispensary cannot file carrier claims on behalf of customers due to carrier privacy policies.

 

9. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping unless explicitly stated.
